About Me
My Background
I received my bachelor's degree with honours in Early Childhood Studies in 2001 and began work with a team of professionals all focussed on eliminating inequalities in education for young children. I am an experienced Early Years Leader and advisor who has over 20 years experience in the private, voluntary and independent sectors.
The majority of this time has been spent in Children's Centres from phase one in 2005 through it’s many changes in remit and reduction in funding in 2018 . I have supported many professionals from social care, health, charity organisations and education backgrounds. I have been part of many Ofsted inspections of which several were graded Outstanding and Good but am equally experienced in supporting settings that have received an inadequate or requires improvement result and needed help ad support to regain quality.
My passion has always been for young people to receive the best support to enable them to reach their true potential. Since gaining my Masters degree in Early Education in 2017, I have been extending my work as a coach and mentor to support those people striving for the best outcomes for the children in their care.

About Me
When I'm not working with clients I enjoy quality time with my family and friends. A perfect weekend would be spent in the outdoors with my two children, husband and border terrier, Scruffy, near a beach eating fish and chips for dinner.
